1. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal cycle. Access generally continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

2. Annual and enterprise contracts

Annual or invoiced contracts follow the commercial terms agreed in the applicable order form, invoice, or master agreement.

3. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law, stated in a commercial agreement, or approved in writing by VaultFrame for a specific billing situation.

4. Upgrades and plan changes

Plan changes may take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle depending on the commercial path used to buy the service.
