1. Service access

VaultFrame grants customers a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for lawful internal business purposes under the selected plan.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Maintain control over user credentials and project membership.
• Use the platform in compliance with law, contract terms, and applicable rights for uploaded content.
• Avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

3. Content ownership

Customers retain ownership of their content. VaultFrame receives only the limited rights required to host, process, secure, and deliver the service.

4. Billing and renewals

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing term unless cancelled in line with the applicable cancellation and refund policy or negotiated contract terms.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. VaultFrame may update, improve, or maintain the platform as required to operate it responsibly.
